HPC is qualified to set up health practices from start to finish with as much or as little participation from the Practitioner as desired so that you may continue to concentrate on patient/client servicing and marketing, to ensure a ready revenue stream as soon as the practice is live.

Assistance with setting up a health Practice

1. Identifying premises
2. Undertaking the conveyance or lease of the premises
3. Dealing with zoning and/or Development Applications to Councils
4. Organising appropriate fit out of the premises
5. Establishing the business structure
6. Creating a Business Plan (e.g. vision, operational, financial, marketing etc)
7. Arranging Hardware and Software for the practice
8. Arranging office and medical equipment, and supplies for the practice
9. Establishing various procedures for the practice (e.g. provider number, HIC On-line, DVA applications, Hi-Caps etc)
10. Arranging insurance for the practice
11. Recruitment of staff for the practice

You will be able to have your health Practice set up without ever having to leave home and with absolutely minimal disruption to your current place of employment. You may continue to consult with patients/clients whilst your new Practice is being set up. Once the Practice is ready for occupation, you can walk straight in and commence servicing of patients/clients immediately - limited disruption to patients/clients and your income. Naturally, HPC will consult with you throughout the process to ensure that each detail accords with your preferences and requirements.

For the further value added benefit, and to ensure minimal disruption to your patient/client servicing, HPC will attend your premises for necessary meetings. You need not spend time traveling to HPC offices for meetings if you choose not to.
