Whether your Practice has been established for 6 months or 16 years, it is essential to undertake an audit of your Practice from time to time to ensure all systems are up to date, compliant and working as efficiently as possible.

Phase One: Current Situation Analysis
Operations Analysis: Assessment of current policies and procedures. A review of the policy & procedure manual is covered.Management Analysis: Assessment of current staff positions, roles and job descriptions. Award grades are also covered.
Legal Analysis: Assessment of current legal compliance. Privacy and OH&S are examples.
Financial Analysis: Assessment of the current financial situation of the practice compared to the previous year(s).
Phase Two: Direction Management
Personal and Business targets are discussed.Strategies for reaching targets are discussed in relation to operations, management, legal requirements and financials of the practice.
A written report will be provided on conclusion of the Health Check.
